When David Radcliffe, previously a Senior Mortgage Advisor at Cambridge Building Society, and Richard Rust, formerly of Connells, set up Radcliffe & Rust they needed to develop a strong brand to gain traction in the local property market, which has numerous established players, and has remained relatively buoyant despite the economy.

R&R provide a truly independent, tailored and personal service and aim for its customers to leave with a positive view of estate agents, instead of the historically tarnished opinion many currently have.

Ideas by Eden was briefed to design a logo; develop stationery, literature, office signage, sales and letting boards and online banner advertisements; plus design, build and SEO a brand new content managed website integrated with the Vebra estate agency back office application.

We also helped Radcliffe & Rust with some photography which has been used for a local PR campaign, throughout their website and on different social media channels.
